It’s widely used in lime factory production line, iron and steel works, desulfurization, sewage treatment as well as high quality hydrated lime making
Qualification and working principle:
- Controlling the quicklime’s reaction time (8-15 minutes) in the container and fully hydrated the quicklime.
- Make full use of the heat generated during the reaction time.
- Raise the inner temperature to 60℃ by 3-5 minutes and make the quicklime fully hydrated.
- Process of material feeding control

- Meet your requirements for different purity of lime emulsion.
