Product Description
The Non-conducting metallizing machine is used for coating non-conducting film on the surface of plastic electronics products: mobile shell, mobile press button, computer, digital products and electro communication. The metal wire (Tin wire, Indium-Silver Alloy wire) is melted into vapor by heating the resistance in the vacuum chamber. The vapor deposits on the substrates and forms into slippery film layer which can decorate and beautify the substrates surface. The high-power evaporation system is controlled by controllable silicon which makes it good repetitiveness and high stability. The unique design of electrode and crystal can control thickness of coating film. The patented technique of work rest rotates steadily which makes it has big capacity and good product rate.
