1.CO2 protecting flux cored wire Product Description:

• Open arc hardfacing flux cored wire with simple welding process and low cost.
• Hardness: ≥63HRC as welded over 3 layers.
• High Cr, Mo and Nb alloy deposited metal.
• Fine crack appeared during welding is caused by stress releasing, which won’t influence the usage of the components under low impact working conditions.
• Excellent impact adaptability and wear resistance.

2.Chemical Composition of FLUX CORED WIRE (%)

Hardness is measured on 3 layers of deposited metal, thickness≥ 6mm.

4.Notes 

1）. Remove fatigue layer, oil and rust.

2）. Deposited metal is unmachinable. 

3). Thickness of the weld layer should be less than 15mm.

4). Stored in cool and dry place, use up within three days once opened.
