Product description

• The fluxed cored wire for gas shielded arc hardfacing.

• Martensite and complex carbide alloy provides severe abrasive wear resistance.

• Hardfacing on  low or mid carbon steel with good bonding strength.

1.Typical Composition of Flux Cored Wire (%)

Hardness-3-layer deposit as welded 50~60HRC

2.Notes:

1. Remove fatigue layer, oil and rust before welding. 
2. Purity of protective gas must be over 99%.
3. Preheat to 200~300 °C and keep interpass temperature more than 200°C.
4. Heat preservation and slowly cool to 100 °C  as welded.
5. Store wires in dry place with good ventilation.
