Description
SA treatment could alleviate the symptom of PCOS in rat model through regulating the PI3K/Akt/GSK3-β pathway (Fig. 4, Ref. 22).[1] Sodium aescinate inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis in the gastric cancer BGC-823 cells and AGS cells, and this process can be implemented by inhibiting the JAK-1/STAT-1 signaling pathway.[2]
