Puyang Zhongshi offers a complete range of sucker rod(API steel rod),pony rod,polished rod,sucke rod coupling,polished rod coupling according to API 11B standard.Zhongshi deliverys API sucker rods ranging from 5/8in to 1-1/8in,with length of 2foot,4foot,6foot,8foot,10foot to 25foot.
Different steel grades are availbale,depending on the type of load and the corrosion level in the wells,like Grad C,Grade D,Grade HL and so on.
Rod accessoies as follows
1.Pony Rods
In compliance with the same quality requirements applicable to the rods, pony rods measuring 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 feet are available for each steel grade and rod body diameter. Other lengths are also manufactured in accordance with customers’ specifications.
2.Polished Rod
Polished Rod bar and dimensions conform to API Specification 11B standard. Polished Rods are furnished with cold-formed,fully rolled threads to provide additional strength and fatigue resistance. The cold-formed, fully rolled pin thread is produced by completely cold-forming (reshaping) the steel fibers so they follow the contour (shape) of the thread. The thread surface that results from fully rolled threads improves its resistance to corrosion and reduces abrasion within the thread.

Steel Series:AISI-4140 Alloy Steel
Application:Designed for maximum fatigue resistance and performance improvement in non-corrosive or effectively inhibited corrosive fluids. Can be used with all rod types.

3.Sinker Bars
Used to maintain an optimized string design in beam pumping applications and to avoid premature failures in the installation. Very effective for reducing failures in rod body, pins and coupling, which occur due to the effect of compression and buckling in the string. Sinker bars are manufactured in diameters from 1 1/4” to 1 5/8” in steel grades according to API standard.
4.Sucker Rod/Polished Rod Coupling
We often offer Metal Spray Couplings,they are available in Reduced slim hole(SH)diameters as well as normal full size(FS)for both API grade T standard.We will provide wrench on the sucker rod coupling accoriding to customer requirement and then which is easy to operate on the oilfield.olishe
