Marine crushing pump is especially applicable for the high-speed cutting and crushing transporting of ship's garbage, feces, leftovers and the fragile particles(crystals,agglomerates ) of various kinds of materials. Besides,it can directly replace the pump for using.

 Main structure of marine crushing pump

The main structure of stator of marine crushing pump:it consists of boat motor,connecting devices and pump case. There are inlet & outlet frange on the pump case,the working chamber of the pump body are equipped with moon knife,double disc cutter,four blade and two edge shear knife,macroporous stator,multi-blade and two edge shear,aperture stator,centrifugal fan blade knife and refinement knife. The blade material can be: 304 、316L 、2205 、2Cr13. The case material can be:304 、316L. Size of feed brittle particles can be around 20-40 mm. Commonly the Cutting disc blade and aperture is coarse stator aperture ,its size is of 8 ~ 20 mm or so , mesoporous stator aperture of around 3-5 mm, refining discharging device is optional around 0.5 2 mm, discharging particles are designed according to the user’s needs, commonly the size of the discharging particles are at about 2 mm or less , the solid content of the material is no more than 30%.

Main function of marine crushing pump

Main function of marine crushing pump is specific to high-speed cutting, broken - grinding and refining for solid objects, agglomerate, glutinous rice dough and semi-liquid shape materials .Main technological processes are firstly, the moon knife and double disc cutter will forcefully cutting the large particles in solid and liquid material , and then assigned the material to four blade  two edge shear knife and macroporous stator for High-speed powerful shear process, then the particles from the reverse side of the macroporous stator are high-speed cut and refined by the six blade two edge shear knife that is set in the middle of macroporous and small hole stator. Six blade two edge main function: it is a two-way shear, in the upper side it cut down the material from macroporous materials,in the lower side it shears the material to enter the pores stator, we also design place centrifugal blade below the pores stator to shear fracture the materials again, finally  the object reach the regulation of the fineness and in the form of centrifugal force to carry out them through refining device.
