Description: The product is developed by adopting water-based aliphatic polyurethane polymer as the membrane material and together with pigments and fillers of excellent weathering resistance and other auxiliary materials.

Feature: The product which absorbs the essence of water-based topcoat of home and abroad adopts unique technological formulation to integrate cross-linking type, reactive type and emulsified type to one, and scientifically applies technical program that self-emulsifying is as main and the cross-linking, reactive type are only accessorial. It has high hardness, good flexibility, good adhesion, good weather resistance, full and fineness film, soft and smooth, excellent ornamental, outstanding chemical resistance, and is the leader in metal anti-corrosion topcoat.

Applicability: It can be widely used in industrial and civil decoration such as varieties of fine parts, electronic components, metal shell, machinery and equipment with better cost performance ratio, and is high-grade anti-corrosion paint.

Construction environment: it is best that construct in sunny weather under the conditions of environmental temperature between 5 and 40℃and relative humidity below 80%; construction is prohibited when the temperature is below 3℃or relative humidity is above 80%,  and prohibition also applies to the rain or snow weather.

• : The product is one-component coating, which need to be stirred uniformly before usage. In case of the viscosity being too large, water can be added in, but should not exceed 10% of the weight of paint paste. The appropriate viscosity control is between 25 and 30s.

S estion：

①The product is used as topcoat in the overall coating. Paint when the primer completely dry (≥ 24h) and meet the demand of recoating. To polish the primer with sandpaper grit 240 in case the primer is dry and clean, then carry out the construction with blowing away dust and impurities.

②Recoat after 12h under conditions of normal ambient temperature and humidity (temperature: 23℃+2℃, humidity: 50+5%). Coating interval should be changed relatively when the environment changed.

③This product can adapt painting way of brushing, dipping, roller coating and spray. It is best to adopt wool brush with 2.5cm if brushing; adopt containers of preferably stainless steel, ceramic or FRP materials if dipping; choose rollers with hair of high-5mm if roller; the gun caliber should be between 1.0 and 1.2mm, and the appropriate nozzle pressure is between 0.25 and 0.5Mpa when spray.

Coating protection：The coated film cannot be in the rain within 4 hours, and cannot be washed with water.

Package: The product is one-component paint with specifications of 20kg/barrel.

Shelf Life:  One year of shelf life depends on the manufacturing date. The products over shelf life only can be used after inspecting and ensuring that technical indicators have no changes.

Product Storage: the storehouse should be cool and ventilated; stacking height is not more than 4 barrels; ambient temperature is between 5℃ and 30℃; humidity maintains within 50% to 85%.

Notice:

1. Cannot be reversed in transport process, to avoid insolation, rain and freezing.

2. This product can be used together with matching water-based or oil-based primer and medium.
