Working principle

The flat screen printer mainly uses the extrusion of the scraper to make the ink pass through the mesh of the screen to print the image on the surface of the flat object. When working, first install the screen on the machine and place the ink at one end of the screen. When the machine is started, the scraper, driven by the pneumatic control system, scrapes the ink from one end of the screen to the other end. The ink passes through the mesh and forms images on flat objects such as communication equipment, plastic panels, wooden gift boxes or tea boxes placed on the flat workbench.

Structural features

• Flat workbench:

• The flat workbench provides a stable flat support for printing operations. Its surface is flat and smooth, which can ensure that the items to be printed (such as wooden gift boxes, tea boxes) are placed stably and will not shake or shift during the printing process, thereby ensuring the accurate position of the printed pattern and clear lines. And the area size of the workbench is reasonably designed to adapt to flat products of different sizes.

• Microcomputer panel:

• The microcomputer panel makes the operation more intelligent and convenient. The operator can set various parameters such as the speed of the scraper, the pressure of the scraper, the number of prints, etc. through the panel. For different printing materials (such as plastic panels of communication equipment and wooden gift boxes), the parameters can be flexibly adjusted on the microcomputer panel according to the characteristics of the material and printing requirements to achieve the best printing effect.

• Pneumatic control system:

• The pneumatic control system is mainly used to control the movement of the scraper. It can provide stable and precise power to make the scraper move evenly on the screen. Compared with other power systems, pneumatic control has the advantages of convenient speed adjustment and stable power output. This helps to ensure that the ink is evenly distributed on the screen, so that the color of the printed pattern is uniform and the quality is reliable.
