P and N synergistic flame retardant is white powder with high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to nylon 6 (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced) series engineering plastics and TPE (TPEE, TPU and PEBA). a.8005 especially can be applied to raw white halogen-free flame retardant of high glass fiber content reinforced nylon series (PA 6 etc). b.8005 has better adaption to processing technology and equipment, and flame retardant performance is efficient and very stable. c.Addition of 8005 is lower. Generally separately adding 14~18 parts can reach V-0/1.6mm. d.8005 also can be small amount compounded with efficient halogen-free flame retardant (synergist) agent, to further improve comprehensive mechanical and electric properties, and satisfy some increasingly demanding terminal application requirements of plastic modification industry.
