P and N synergistic flame retardant is white powder with high temperature resistance and non-migration. It is mainly applied to nylon 6 and PA66 (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced) series engineering plastics and TPE (TPEE, TPU and PEBA). a.8006 especially can be applied to raw white halogen-free flame retardant of high glass fiber content reinforced nylon system (PA6, PA66 etc). b.8006 has better thermostability, better adaption to processing technology and equipment, and the flame retardant performance is efficient and very stable. c.Generally separately adding 14~18 parts of 8006 can reach V-0/1.6mm. d.8006 also can be small amount compounded with efficient halogen-free flame retardant (synergist) agent, to further improve comprehensive mechanical and electric properties, and satisfy some increasingly demanding terminal application requirements of plastic modification industry.
