Chocolate conching machines are also called chocolate refining machine or fine grinding machine. Melted chocolate butter, grinding sugar and other stuffs will be mixed together and poured into the conching machine for fine grinding. The conching process produces cocoa and sugar particles smaller than the tongue can detect, hence the smooth feel in the mouth.

3) The main body and bottom base is connected by screw; it is easy to disconnect the main body and bottom base for maintenance and repairing.
4) Has multi-function of find grinding, conching, deodorizing and dehydration.

5) The main body is made by 2 layers of steel. Water fills in the middle for keeping the machine in right temperature, so chocolate will not be destroyed.

To meet different application request, such as small chocolate store, small batch chocolate sample testing in factory, medium or big chocolate production line, we provide the chocolate conching machines in different size, the small one can be as small as 20L, while the big one can be as big as 3000L.
