Chocolate enrober model LSC600 has a 600mm width conveyor belt. It is used to enrobe chocolate mass to the surface of different foodstuffs such as biscuit, wafers, egg rolls, cake, fruits and snacks etc. to mix the flavor of chocolate and other food.Enrobing can be done at all sides or just one side.
Lexsong’s chocolate enrober machines have following advantages:
1) Good Stability. The wind speed generated from the fan is constant;
2) Good consistency. There is an automatic adjusting device for the conveyor belt to keep the coating foodstuffs in right position;
3) Easily cleaning. The chocolate mass holding pan is taken down easily for cleaning and the cleaning can be down within 20 minutes.
4) The width of the conveyor belt and the length of the cooling tunnel can be adjusted according to customer’s request.
