Brief information

--Souring enzyme mainly uses yarn and knitting fabric and uses selected asbestos fiber of pectin substance. Decomposition of pectin substance is conduct to remove the waxiness and other impurities. It can keep the fiber strength and get the soft and smooth hand feeling. It has the advantage of water-saving, energy conservation and time saving cleaning process.

Properties and fields of application

-- Comprehensively promote the effect of cotton product.

1. Without alkali boiling, no fiber damage, and no fiber strength fiber and fabric weight lost.

2. Improving yarn’s breaking elongation and weaving efficiency.

3. Enormously improving dyeing property, leveling property and color yield. Defective percentage is significantly decreased. Obviously improve leveling property of mucilage glue and hard dyeing color as army green.

4. Soft, smooth and full hand feeling, bright color cloth and clear texture.

5. It can single use with penetrating agent in pretreatment. The reproducibility is better than original enzyme and little vat chromatism.

6. More safety and dependability to sensitivity pattern, such as natural colored cotton, cotton-wool blending, cotton-silk blending and cotton- linen.

1. It can use together with desizing and polishing process, or dyeing in one bath that short processing time and improve the product effect.

2. Less fabric weight lost and defective percentage.

3. Without boiling and reduce the dosage of acid (neutralization) and water (cleaning).

4. Improving the dyeing rate and saving dyestuff, reducing the pressure of sewage treatment and cost of sewage disposal.

Application

1. Equipment:  overflow machine, ground gas turbine, dispersion fiber/yarn dyeing machine     

  Biological scouring enzyme:  0.5-1 g/L

  pH:   7-9  

Temperature:    50-60℃

  Time:          20-30min

2. Woven fabric: desizing and boiling in one step (Padding) 

  Equipment: Padding equipment

  Biological scouring enzyme:   5-10 g/L (100% padding rate)

  Desizing enzyme:   0.5-2.5 g/L

  pH:  7-8  

Temperature:      50-60℃

  Time:            4-20 hours (Time based on the heat preservation)

Penetrating agent:  2-5 g/L (Nonionic)

3. Woven fabric: desizing and boiling in one step (Vat dyeing)

Equipment: jig dyeing machine

  Biological scouring enzyme:  1%（o.w.f）

  Desizing enzyme:  0.5-2.5 g/L

  pH:  7-8  

Temperature:    50-60℃

  Time:          90 min

  Penetrating agent: 2-5 g/L (Nonionic)

3. Woven fabric: desizing and boiling in one step (continuous pad steaming process)

Equipment: continuous pad steaming machine

  Biological scouring enzyme:  8-10 g/L (100% padding rate)

  Desizing enzyme:  1-4 g/L

  pH:  7-8  

Padding temperature:     50-60℃

Steamer temperature:    60-70℃

  Time:           40-60 min

  Penetrating agent:  2-5 g/L (Nonionic)

Notice: For the thin and high count cotton fabrics, only bleaching process after boiling. For thick and low count cotton fabric, please add a low alkali steaming process or add the low alkali agent in oxygen bleaching process.

Packing and storage

-- Packing:      25 or 30 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:      Keep it under seal in cool and dry place, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.

Enzyme activity reduced depends mainly on storage temperature. When it store at 25℃ in sealed container, it can keep the activity for more than 12 months. Long time or harmful condition including high temperature can result dosage increasing.
