Four in one scouring agent

Brief information

This is high effective functional agent, suitable for one bath, cold padding and bleaching of cotton and other blending. Replacement of scouring agent and hydrogen peroxide stabilizer in boiling and bleaching, it can get high efficient, low cost pretreatment effect.

--With excellent effect on wetting, emulsification, dispersion, complexation and stable hydrogen peroxide.

--Easy operation and excellent pretreatment effect make scouring, washing and stability in one.

--Low foam, alkali and hard water resistance meet the requirement of reasonable and economic.

Application

 1. T/C continuous boiling and bleaching in one bath:

Four in scouring agent:     4g/L

   NaOH:                  20-35g/L

   H2O2:                   4-10g/L

  Twice dip &pad  →steaming at 100±2℃ for 50-70min →hot water washing →cleaning

 2. Boiling & bleaching one step method (cotton knit and cheese)

Four in scouring agent:    0.8-2.0g/L

   NaOH:                 15-20g/L

   H2O2:                  1.5-2g/L

Packing and storage

-- Packing:      125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:      Keep it cool and dry，6 months in sealed container.
