HT-9802 A/B is a two-component silicone addition system thermalconductivity encapsulant, has the following characteristics:
1, plastic material at room temperature under the mixed storage time is longer, but in the heating conditions can be fast curing, especially for automatic production line.
2, temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, good. After curing (-50 ~ 200) temperature range, the silicone rubber was maintained and the insulation performance was excellent.

4, with the thermal conductivity, flame retardant properties of UL94-V0 grade.

Three, the use of technology:

Four, note:
1, plastic material should be sealed storage. Mixed good adhesive should be used to avoid causing waste.
2, this product is a non dangerous goods, but not the entrance and eye.
3, after a long time, the filler will be in the plastic settlement. Please use after mixing evenly, do not affect the performance.
4, glue liquid contact with the following chemicals will make the glue is not cured:
1) N, P, S organic compounds.
2) Sn, Hg, Pb, As plasma compounds.
3) containing alkynes and multi vinyl compounds.

Six, storage and transportation:
1, a cool dry place storage, storage period is 12 months (25 C).
