This is extrusion type solder bar production line, which includes solder ingot melting furnace, automatic solder billet casting machine, solder bar extrusion machine and solder bar cutting & stamping machine.

Automatic billet casting machine
This machine is made by my company's independent research and development of products, which has conventional digital machines type and CNC machine type, mainly used for leaded and lead-free solder and tin alloy billet material production.
The machine is constructed by the rack, incubator, shaping device, traction devices, cutting device, cooling system, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
After melting furnace, the tin water is pumped into the incubator, and then the incubator will adjust the tin water temperature to optimum pouring temperature. Then valve opens, the tin water fills shaping device, after sufficient cooling , the billet is pulled out by the traction device, when it reaches pre-set length, the cutting device will start cutting and make it roll to designated position after cutting off. The whole process is automatically controlled.
This machine has the advantages of advanced control system, according to different solder material composition, it can set the corresponding traction time, to ensure the reliability of traction. When short of material or full of material , it can automatically alarm to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
According to the length of the bar material for different extrusion machine, the corresponding cutting length can be set to meet the requirement of the next working procedure.
The solder billet casting machine can combine with the conventional melting furnace by tin pumping device, to automatically fill molten tin water into the incubator. The machine can also co-work with high melting furnace , the tin water can be filled into incubator directly by opening a tin discharging valve.

Solder Bar Extrusion machine
This extrusion machine is designed for solder bar extruding,which is constructed by the mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, heating systems and control systems. It is our independent research and development of an advanced horizontal extrusion machine with advantages of time saving, effort saving, low energy consumption, stable performance. Extruder's main cylinder adopts structure of plunger type composite master cylinder , the successful absorption of foreign advanced hydraulic speed control technology to protect the security of the hydraulic system.
1, using the plunger cylinder (German technology), working pressure error (0.002KG) with constant speed and stability characteristics powerful hydraulic system to safeguard the liquidity squeeze metals and rosin stability.
2, the sub-cylinder: a quick oil-filled, reducing load time and quick to add or reduce work pressure, improve efficiency .
Machine Features:
1. The extruder adopt digital control, the digital meter installed in the console and press on the control panel, through direct control table for each set and modified to meet the requirements of process parameters on the product, simple operation, intuitive and convenient.
2. Control loop is DC24V, for persons and equipment more secure.
3. The use of sophisticated Japanese RKC temperature controller, more precise control of the heating temperature needed for the production, temperature error of only ± 10 ℃, thus improving the stability of product quality, while the timer switch can be set to four groups, with early pre- heating function, so that employees can work at any time to work.

Cutting & stamping machine
This is pneumatic type solder bar cutting and code stamping machine with the national patent office issued patent certificate, which supports to stamp the codes for the solder bar after extrusion from extruding machine. It can control measurement of length, precise control of the weight of solder bar , can automatically cut off and stamp manufacturer trademark on the solder bar. This machine overcomes the below difficulties : the consistency of weight of each bar, poor quality, easy to contain impurities, surface is easily oxidized and other defects, so that it can produce high-quality tin product as well as safe production.
The machine consists of main frame, straight positioning device, drive device, cutting & stamping device, length detection device and discharge device.
After extrusion, solder bar moves forward along the guide groove and goes into the solder bar cutting & stamping machine, when it reaches the pre-set length, the cutting device will cut off the solder bar, and the stamping mold will stamp on the solder bar simultaneously.
