Lead and Lead-free Solder Wire Rolling Mill
The rolling machine is mainly used to roll tin solder wire, zinc and aluminum alloy wire, silver wire and other non-ferrous metal wire from larger diameter to smaller diameter in an efficient , labor-saving way. By rolling, the metal wire will also become more compact. This machine is made by our own research and development with the advanced technology, this machine has obtained national patent office issued a patent certificate.
Equipment :
1)Machine structure: the rolling machine is make up of wire take-up shaft, wire adjusting device, rolling device, pay-off device, cooling & lubricating system, drive system and electric control system.
2)Electric control: Controlled by inverter, speed change per different wire diameters.
Advantage (compare with the drawing machine)
1)Low noise
The noise of the traditional drawing machine comes from the shaking wire clash the dies and roller. This is due to the corresponding slide of the wire and roller. The wire will be easily broken if without this kind of slide. So this is an inevitable disadvantage of the drawing machine. While roll machine can well solved this problem and make lower noise.
2)Low Energy consumption
There’s four ways of energy consumption for the wire drawing machine:
a) Wire getting smaller and smaller and give heat by distortion;
b) Wire clash the roller and give heat by attrition;
c) Wire pass through the dies and give heat by distortion;
d)Wire pass through the dies and give heat by attrition.
While roll machine have two ways of energy consumption:
a) Wire give heat by rolling distortion (This is not inevitable energy consumption);
b) Wire give heat by rolling attrition. This kind of heat giving should smaller than wire pass through dies as the roll machine was rolling attrition while the wire drawing machine is sliding attrition.
3)High Output
With the above-mentioned advantages, roll machine have a higher output. The relative specs output list as below:

4) Good tactility for the coming drawing
The alloy will get more compact after rolling so it can enhance the tactility. By drawing machine, big size wire pass by roller can be easily being one-side drawn; some can even find side cracks. Roll machine adopt straight line in-put will well solve this problem.
