Brief Introduction of Bucket Elevator
 
Bucket elevator adopts flow-through and it is special for powder, granular and small size materials such as coal, cement, stones, sands clay ores, etc. It has the advantages of high capacity, lower power, reliable operation, air-proof, large scope higher.
 
Working Principle of Bucket Elevator
 
The hopper material scooped up from the following storage, with the conveyor belt or chain ascend to the top, flip down after bypass the crown chakra, bucket elevator poured material into receiving groove.
 
Sructure composition of Bucket Elevator
 
The bucket elevator can divded into three parts:
1. Elevator head - consists of Heavy Duty Ball Bearings, Motor bracket, Pulley Arrangement for rotation of Belt, extension with large inspection covers on one side.
 
2. Intermediate Elevating Boxes - consist of thick wide angles to provide strong support and accurate alignment for all the boxes.
 
3. Elevator boot - consists of Belt Tightening arrangement, Trapdoor for Cleaning on Both sides of the boot, Pulley Arrangement for rotation of Belt, Inlet Piece, Heavy Duty Ball Bearings, Motor Bracket, and extension with large inspection cover on one side for periodic inspection.
