JK-6028S Stone carving machine adopts heavy-duty machine structure for heavy stone and high precision linear guide rails and gear racks.
1. Features andAdvantages:
1. Welded Steel Tube Structure, reliable and durable, stable and long-life.
2. X Y Z uses 25mm PMI or HIWIN linear square guide rail, it is more stable and has longer life than normal round one.
3. Two heads for processing two products simultaneously. Rotary axis holds diameter 600mm and rotary length 28000mm.
4. X, Z axis use 25mm high precision ball screw and can avoid spindle suddenly up and down.
5. Japan PANASONIC Servo motor and driver, higher precision.
6. Break point memory can stop work with wrong signals and avoid the waste of materials.
7. Adopt high power 5.5KW*2 water cooling spindle, which is suitable for long time and high temperature working.
8. Uses 4 axis DSP control system, with hand wheel, easy and convenient to operate.
9. More optional configuration and OEM service are available.
