The most important factor is good&reasonable design. For crate mould, we recommend use hot runner, usually we use 4tip hot runner, it’s better for uniform injection. For ejection, usually have two ways ejection, one is by cylinder, hydraulic system, when running, more stable. The other way is by Mechanical ejection, by stripper, when running, cycle time can be short. For steel, more of our customers use 718H, DIN1.2738, and P20. Different customers have different requirement for steel. But whatever what steel, we will supply you the best quality crate mould.
