The machine is designed with accumulator to realized high speed injection. Besides, its has the function of 3 axis linkage to realize material charing, mould opening and ejectin at the same time.
Main appliacation: IML molding with robot system, thinwall ontainer molding, such as ice cream box, yogurt box, disposable food container etc. cycle time can reach 4s for 4 cavitoes ice cream box mould with 0.4mm thickness.
Machine is applied with KEBA control system and rexroth valve, it can control each shot percisely on weight and Main position. Molding is very small to get high precision molding.
Main appliacation: Electronic parts, such as mobile hone cover, plastic machanical gear, LED light etc...
