Kaxite Energy-saving Materials Technology Co.,Ltd.was developing since 2001. We design and develop high-precision thermal insulating struts for aluminium profile customers, and successfully made great achievements for the field of thermal insulating window systems, the width of shapes were ranged from 10mm to 60mm or even wider and more complex. We built our first workshop for the division in 2003, which was also located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China. Production Capacity of 550,000 meters per day for common specifications. Own Granulation Capacity of 27 tons per day. We're diversifiedly developed and dedicated in designing and developing series of energy-saving materials, such as PA thermal insulation strips that used in heat break aluminium profiles and energy-saving window systems, EPDM/ABS/PE/PVC extruded profiles, nylon chain guide instead of PE material for automatic production line...

1)We have been in this line for 15 years. In 2001, we owned our first factory.
2)Customized and extruded different kinds of shape of thermal barrier stripes according to customers requirements are available. Shape-period is short and the price are reasonable and fair, can beat our competitors.

Certificates
1)ISO9001:2008 Our production of polyamide thermal barrier strips was in line with standardized management.
2)CNAS Test Report The Performance of KAXITE Series could be better than Technoform since 2014, the datas were tested and resulted from CNAS.
3)Patent Certificate: We developed our first patent in 2013, and got the certificate in 2014. Now, we have 8 patents for polyamide thermal barrier strips.

Projects
1）Beijing Bird's Nest：We got the project in the year of 2005, our polyamide thermal insulation strips were assembled in the energy-saving facade system.
2）Capital International Airport：No.3 Terminal of the Beijing Capital International Airport, the expansion project was ended in 2007, the PA66 GF25 thermal barrier struts were designed and extruded by us for the project.
3）Longxi International Hotel：The building rises 328 m (1,076 ft) with 74 storeys. The Hanging Village of Huaxi is a late-modernist-futurism supertall skyscraper in Jiangyin, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. The mixed-use tower began construction in 2008 and completed in 2011. 

Raw material and Equipment
For quality, the most important thing is to control the performance of the raw materials. We have our own capacity of granulation for PA66 GF25 and many other kinds of plastic granules. We're the only one who used the technology of Vacuum Drying for the polyamide, which could highly improve the natural performance of the nylon granules.
In 2015, we became the leader of the Chinese National Standard Committee (for revising of GB/T 23615.1-2009) .
We're full of experience in cutting dies for extruded polyamide thermal breaks, fast and 100% successful, any shape available and the first one who realized the Hard Cold Extrusion for polyamide thermal breaks, high precision, excellent performance, and high capacity.

Currently, our products are sold to Ireland, India, Denmark, Bangladesh, Spanish, Germany, Russia, USA …
