Introduction:
The machine is a stainless steel mixer,using to prepare the cream for the production. It consists of a beater- type mixing unit,driven by one 4.5 Kw motor and the turnover system that removes the cream from the mixer is driven by one 0.55Kw motor. The mixing time depends on the cream composition.

The mixing tub is made from SUS304 stainless steel with double-layer heat-preservation jacket.
