Usage method:

1. Hoist, cleaning and peeling:

Fresh cassava roots are transported to the washing machine, and then cleaned-peeled-machine will remove dirt and other impurities, and then the cleaning cassava in a temporary storage hopper grind to the next program segment and ear piercing automatic. 3. starch dehydration Section:

According to the local custom, the grating cassava can be fermented or not. And cassava pulp needs to be dehydrated. The main starch mill has the press and the belt type DE-watering machine. The machine is used for small capacity, and the belt type dewatering machine is used for large capacity. These two kinds of machines are easy to operate. The whole machine contact part is stainless steel, which can meet the quality of food production. After dehydration, the water is about 45%.

4. starch drying and packing part:

After dehydration, the starch contains 45% of the water, so in order to achieve a level of starch, you need to do dry. After drying, the starch moisture is about 13%, then the starch can be weight and packaged into 5-5 kg / bag or 5-50kg / bag, the whole operation is simple, easy, and saving labors.
