ZY6014D IEC  60332-3 Burning behaviour of bunched cables

1. Introduction
This Flame test Apparatus is a very mature product. It’s made of double-layer stainless steel. Main components: combustion chamber, air source, steel ladders, emissions purification system, ignition source.

3. Main parameters： 
1)There are 3 main components with this apparatus :     combustion chamber, electrical control box, emissions purification system. There is a truckle at the bottom of each device. It’s very convenient for moving and cleaning.

2) Air flow can be controlled by the Emissions purification system. Additionally, to meet the environmental requirements, combustion emissions will be purified before it’s been exhausted outside.

3) Wind outlet at the top of emissions purification system can make sure all the emissions be exhausted out effectively. Air inlet holes distributed at bottom can make sure enough oxygen content inside.

4) If the cable sample is still burning after you stop fire supply for one hour, Water spray device at the top of combustion chamber will work automatically to make it to die out.

5) Tempered glass window will help you to observe the whole proceedings inside the combustion chamber. To avoid burned gasses exhaust, the chamber door is closed under testing condition. 

6) Emissions purification system: Water spray device, smog filtering device, smog exhaust device.

7) Relay Control System: Most of electronic components used from famous brand in China, to ensure the performance and accuracy of apparatus.

8) Safety devices: power overload, short circuit protection, overload control loop
