ZY6242 EN 13823 Single Burning Item(SBI)
1. Application
This device applies to determine the reaction to fire test for building products –building products excluding floorings exposed to the thermal attack by a single burning item.

3. Main parameters:
3.1 Adapted 16 bit high precision boards, with computer control and Windows XP control system, reasonable structure, stable performance.
3.2 Test device: Combustion chamber, control room, trolley, smoke exhaust duct, data collection and analysis device, gas supply control etc.
3.3 Ignition source:
Trolley, on which two perpendicular specimen parts are placed, with a 31KW propane sandbox burner(side length: 250mm, Height: 80mm) at the bottom of the vertical corner.
3.4 The sensor and sampling tube are placed at gravitational centre of smoke exhaust duct, the sample is installed on a trolley, 2pcs of Non combustible plate are inserted in the center of sample. Size: the 1st Non combustible plate: Height: 1.5m Width : 1.0m The 2nd Non combustible plate: Height: 1.5M, Width: 0.5M
3.5 Combustion chamber: 3MX3M Height: 2.4m
There is a hood at the opening in the test room to connect with the sampling tube and smoke exhaust duct, and space for ventilation should be reserved at the bottom of trolley.
3.6 Both the release heat by combustion and release material by combustion will be exhausted by the smoke exhaust duct.
3.7 Oxygen measurement scope: 0-25%, degree of linearity<±0.1%O2
3.8 CO2 measurement scope: 0-10%, repetitiveness<±1%
3.9 High precision pressure regulating valve.
3.10 Glass rotameter supplies to adjust the flow of burner.
3.11 Data collection system supplies to record and save the oxygen concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, temperature, smoke density, heat release rate, mass loss rate etc.
