ZY 6235 Radiation heat flux test apparatus for flooring material

1. Application
This device applies to test the combustion performance of flooring material, such as woven carpet, cork board, wood block, plastic plate, rubber tile etc.

ISO EN 9239-1: Reaction to fire tests-Horizontal surface spread of flame on floor-covering systems-Part 1: Flame spread using a radiant heat ignition source.

3.3 Radiant heat energy multi-hole fire-resistant board(heat-resisting>1100℃): 
3.4  The gas flow and air flow are adjustable.
3.5 Burner: Φ10mm SUS304 stainless steel
3.6 Ignition: high pressure ignition
3.7 Temperature of flue pipe and chamber : thermocouple (K type), accurancy : 1.0℃
3.8 With strong  exhaust system. frequency conversion high-powered fan supplies to control the air speed of chamber.
3.9 water-cooling+ forced air cooling system supplies to protect the fluxmeter.
3.10 Chamber: CNC maching
3.11 Control system: 1pc of computer and 1pc of printer, with Winder XP operation system.
3.12 The burner will be turned off automatically after test time
3.13 With light transmittance measurement software.
