Product introduction 

1. Four servo motor drive imported original French Schneider, high precise with few mechnical transmission which can decrease the failure rate of the machinery.

2. The whole machine control system uses the Omron PLC control system.

3. The contactor in the control box is Siemens brand.

4. The photoelectric switch and proximity switch adopt Omron brand .

5. Bottom mould and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel which is more wear resistant.

6. The whole stitching head is made of special steel, and processed by CNC.

7. It only takes one minute to change the carton size and adjust the stitching distance which is greatly saving time.

8. It can stitch carton box with or without lid (must be specified when ordering).

9. With automatic counting function in the back, the finished carton can be delivered to the end by pile (as the setting number 1-99) in order to be bundled.

10. The machine speed 600 nails/min.

11. The stitching distance 30-150mm, that is adjustable.
