Copper accelerated salt fog test price: 45 yuan
Product Description
Salt spray test
[project details]
Salt fog test is a kind of environmental test to verify the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials by artificial simulated salt fog environment created by salt fog test equipment. The severity of the test depends on the duration of exposure.
Laboratory simulation of salt fog can be divided into three categories: neutral salt spray test, salt spray test, acetate copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test.
(1) neutral salt spray test (NSS test) is the earliest and most widely used method of accelerated corrosion test at present. It uses 5% NaCl solution, and the pH of the solution is in neutral range (6.5 - 7.2) as a solution for spraying. The test temperature is 35 DEG C, and the sedimentation rate of salt fog is 1 ~ 2ml/80cm/h.
(2) acetic acid salt spray test (ASS test) is developed based on neutral salt spray test on. It is in 5% Sodium Chloride Solution add some glacial acetic acid, so that the pH value of the solution dropped to about 3, the solution becomes acidic, and finally formed salt fog also from neutral salt fog to acid. Its corrosion rate is about 3 times faster than that of NSS test.
(3) copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test (CASS test) is a kind of rapid salt fog corrosion test abroad newly developed test, the temperature is 50 DEG C, adding a small amount of copper salt and copper salt solution, strongly induced corrosion. Its corrosion rate is about 8 times that of the NSS test.
Reference test standards: GB/T 2423.17, IEC60068-2-11, ISO4628-3, ASTM, B117, JIS-Z2371, JIS-G3141, GJB 150.1, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-883E, etc..
