1. Structural features
• Automatic feeding system: This part is the key to realize automated production. It usually includes silos, conveyor belts and positioning devices. The silos are used to store a large number of plastic hoses and rubber hoses, and their capacity can be designed according to production needs. The conveyor belt transports the hoses from the silo to the printing station in an orderly manner, and the speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted to match the printing speed. The positioning device can accurately position the hose at the starting position of printing to ensure that the printing position of each hose is accurate and consistent.
• Printing system:
• Screen printing part: A high-precision screen printing head is used, and the tension and mesh of the screen can be adjusted according to the printing requirements of plastic hoses such as seam hoses. The pattern or text on the screen is made by processes such as photosensitive plate making, which can accurately control the amount of ink penetration, thereby achieving high-quality monochrome printing.
• UV curing system: It is mainly composed of UV lamps and reflective covers. UV lamps can emit ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength to provide energy for ink curing. The reflective cover focuses the UV light and evenly irradiates it on the printed hose to accelerate the curing of the ink. Compared with the traditional drying method, this UV curing method has the advantages of fast curing speed and strong ink adhesion.
• Body frame and transmission system: The body frame is generally made of solid metal materials to provide stable support for the entire machine. The transmission system includes motors, belts, gears and other components, which are responsible for driving the automatic feeding conveyor belt, the up and down movement and left and right movement of the printing head, etc., to ensure the coordinated operation of various components.
2. Working principle
• The automatic feeding system transports the plastic hose from the silo to the printing station and positions it. The screen printing head descends and squeezes the ink through the mesh of the screen plate onto the surface of the plastic hose to form a pattern or text. After printing, the printing head rises, the UV curing system starts, and the ultraviolet light emitted by the UV lamp irradiates the printed ink, so that the ink cures quickly. The cured plastic hose is sent out of the printing press by the conveyor belt to complete the entire printing process.
3. Scope of application
• Mainly suitable for monochrome printing of various plastic hoses, especially seam hoses. Seam hoses need to be printed with brand logos, product instructions, instructions for use and other information on the surface. This printer is also suitable for other similar plastic hoses, such as single-color printing of cosmetic hoses, pharmaceutical hoses, etc., which can effectively improve the recognition and aesthetics of the product.
4. Operation process
• Preparation: Put the plastic hose into the silo of the automatic feeding system, check whether the screen is installed correctly, whether the ink is sufficient, and whether the UV curing system is working properly. Pour an appropriate amount of ink on the screen, start the machine, and let the ink be evenly distributed on the screen.
• Parameter setting: According to the size, material and printing requirements of the plastic hose, set the speed of automatic feeding, the height of the print head and the printing pressure, the time and intensity of UV curing and other parameters.
• Printing operation: Start the printing process and observe the operation of the automatic feeding system and the printing system. Check whether the printed pattern or text is clear and complete, and adjust the parameters in time if there is any problem. At the same time, pay attention to the UV curing effect to ensure that the ink is completely cured.
• Finish the work: When all plastic hoses are printed, turn off the machine. Clean the screen and print head, and store the remaining ink properly. Perform daily maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning the body and checking the transmission parts.
