Structural features

• 18-station pneumatic turntable:

• The turntable adopts pneumatic drive and has stable and precise rotation performance. The design of 18 stations can efficiently complete multiple processes, so that gifts, toys and other substrates can be processed in different stations in turn, such as flame treatment in some stations, six-color printing in different printing stations, etc., which improves production efficiency, and the conversion between stations is smooth and orderly.

• Each station is accurately positioned. Through pneumatic control and corresponding positioning devices, it can ensure that the substrate stays accurately at the preset position, providing an accurate basis for subsequent flame treatment, pad printing operations, etc., and ensuring the consistency of printing quality.

• Flame treatment device:

• Usually equipped with a professional gas supply system, which can adjust the gas flow and pressure to produce a flame of appropriate intensity. The flame nozzle is carefully designed to spray the flame evenly onto the surface of gifts, toys, etc., pre-treat them, change their surface properties, enhance the adhesion of ink, and make the subsequent pad printing pattern more firm and clear.

• Six-color ink tray structure:

• There are six independent ink trays, which can hold different colors of ink respectively to meet the needs of six-color printing. The capacity of each ink tray is moderate, which is convenient for adding and replacing ink, and can ensure the stability of the ink in the tray, reduce precipitation, drying and other conditions.

• Microcomputer operation:

• With an intuitive and convenient operation interface, the operator can easily set various parameters through the microcomputer, such as the rotation speed of the turntable, the residence time of each station, the temperature or intensity of the flame treatment, the pad printing pressure of each color in six-color printing, the pad printing speed and the ink supply parameters of each ink tray.

• Automatic balancing scraper:

• The scraper plays a key role in the pad printing process. The automatic balancing scraper can automatically adjust the pressure and angle of the scraper according to the movement state of the pad printing head and the surface condition of the substrate, ensuring that when dipping the ink and transferring the ink to the gifts and toys, the ink can pass through the pad printing template evenly and smoothly to achieve high-quality printing effects.

• Its material and structural design are durable, which can reduce the impact of scraper wear on printing quality, and it is easy to disassemble and replace, which is convenient for daily maintenance.

Working principle

First, place the substrates such as gifts and toys on the starting position of the 18-station pneumatic turntable. The turntable rotates at the set speed. When the substrate reaches the flame treatment station, the flame treatment device starts to flame treat its surface to improve the surface performance for subsequent ink adhesion. Then, the turntable transports the substrate to six printing stations in turn. At each printing station, the corresponding pad printing head dips the corresponding color ink from the six-color ink tray, and then, with the cooperation of the automatic balancing scraper, the ink is accurately transferred to the substrate through the pad printing template. After six pad printings of different colors, the six-color overprinting is completed. During the whole process, the microcomputer operating system accurately controls the parameters of each link to ensure the smooth progress of the entire pad printing process.

Operation process

• Preparation:

• Check whether the connections of various parts of the equipment are normal, ensure that there is no air leakage in the pneumatic system, the gas supply is normal, the ink tray is clean and the ink of the corresponding color has been added.

• Turn on the microcomputer operating system, check whether the functions of the operation interface are normal, and preliminarily set the turntable speed, flame treatment intensity, pad printing parameters of each printing station on the microcomputer according to the material and printing requirements of the gifts and toys.

• Place the gifts and toys to be printed neatly on the starting station of the pneumatic turntable.

• Parameter adjustment and trial run:

• Start the equipment, conduct a trial run, observe the flame treatment effect, pad printing head ink dipping and printing conditions, etc., and further fine-tune various parameters such as flame size, pad printing pressure, ink supply, etc. through the microcomputer operation interface according to the actual effect to ensure the ideal printing quality.

• Formal printing operation:

• After confirming that the parameters are correct, officially start the printing process, pay close attention to the equipment operation status and the printing effect of gifts and toys. If there are problems such as blurred patterns, color deviation, and inaccurate overprinting, stop the equipment in time, check and adjust the corresponding parameters.

• Completion and follow-up work:

• When all gifts and toys are printed, turn off the power of the equipment, turn off the gas valve (for flame treatment devices), and clean the ink tray, pad printing head and the ink and debris remaining on the surface of the equipment.

• Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, check the wear of each component, keep daily maintenance records, and prepare for the next use.
