Manual control mode and computer control mode
Gas leak test machine adopts compressed air as the driven source and the air driven gas boosters as the booster system and are provided with operating pressure from 1 to 80 Mpa.
To operate this system, the manual regulator valve has to be fitted on the machine so that it is capable for ultimate output pressure by adjusting the driving air pressure through it.
The gas boosters, pressure gauges as well as all accessories will be mounted into the closed cabinet in a compact and space saving manner.
Key components, such as gas booster, high pressure air operated valve, high pressure instruments and pipelines are from world top brands to guarantee the safety, reliability and precision of the whole system, Easy installation, maintenance and reliable performance
Leak detection principle: bubble method / pressure gage drop.
There are two control modes for option:
1.Manual control mode
2.computer control mode
Real-time monitoring and display on LCD with test pressure value as well as test data recorded on high-speed data sampling cards and also available for pressure-time curves printing
Alarming at due time when test pressure decreases to a certain value within pressure-holding period. Industrial control configuration software are available for programming
Electronic control components in this system include data sampling cards, IPC, PLC, configuration software and printer
