Product instruction

  The nitrogen generator is intended to make nitrogen out of normal ambient air. The system is based on PSA ( Pressure Switching Absorbing) separation technology. According to the statistics from world concerned organization, 46% high speed car driving accident was caused by tire problems; over-inflation takes its 70% . Nitrogen filling tires will make correct inflation which will highly reduce the over-inflation accidents. It was already been used in developed countries 20 years ago for extending the tires life and performance. Almost all the tires of airplanes, formula cars, racing cars, saloon cars, heavy duty trucks and small vehicles were inflated with nitrogen to maintain the high speed and high duty transportation.

 c. Equipped with independent backup system for computer.

Operation

1. Turn on the air compressor and Power switch (open with clockwise), then nitrogen will be generated automatically. Indicators light up at the same time.
2. When pressure indicated on “N2 Pressure Gauge” is less than 5 Bar(72Psi), the machine will automatically start to generate nitrogen and the “Accumulated Working Time Display” begins to work. During nitrogen generating, Tank A & B indicators will light up alternatively. (Fig.4)
3. When pressure indicated on “N2 Pressure Gauge” reaches 6Bar(87Psi), nitrogen generating will automatically stop. At this time, both A & B indicator will be off.
4. Now it is ready for vacuum.
5. For improving the N2. purity, please use the N2 after the nitrogen generator operating 2-3 hours at the first time of installation.
