Safety instructions
During and shortly after the operation, dangerous axial plunger units and especially burned solenoid valves exist. Take appropriate safety measures (for example, by wearing protective clothing).
_Control devices for moving parts (e.g. spools) can, in some cases, be blocked as a result of chemical contamination (e.g. hydraulic impurity FUID from components, wear or residual dirt). As a result, the FOW of hydraulic FUID and the accumulated torque axial plunger unit can no longer respond correctly to the operator's SPECIFCATIONS. Even using a variety of flter components (external or internal FOWfltering) does not eliminate errors, but only helps mini-Metz risk. The machine/system manufacturer must test whether remedial measures on the machine are needed to ensure that the consu-application coastal is driven to a safe location (e.g. safe stop) and if necessary to ensure that it is correctly executed.
Points for Attention in Project Planning
The A10VSO pump is designed as an open circuit.
_Project planning, installation and commissioning of axial plunger units require skilled personnel.
Before using the axial plunger unit, please read carefully, corresponding to thorough and complete instructions. If necessary, ask for these from Bosch Rexroth.
In fnalizing, your design requires installation drawing with binding functions.
_The data and instructions in this article must be followed.
_Pressure control is no objection to pressure backup overload. A separate relief valve is provi - implemented in the hydraulic system.
_According to the character teristic curve of the operating state unit (working pressure, temperature FUID) of the axial piston, it may be changed.
_Not all versions of products are approved for use according to ISO13849 security function. Please contact Bosch Rexroth if you need reliable parameters (such as MTTFd value) for functional safety.
_Working line port:
- The port and fastening threads are designed for the specified maximum pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the connection elements and wires correspond to the necessary safety factors for the specified operating conditions (pressure, FOW, hydraulic FUID, temperature operation).
