1. Swashplate axial piston variable displacement pump for hydraulic transmission in open circuit. 2. It is more suitable for static hydraulic applications. 3. Safety instructions
- A15VSO and A15VLO pumps are designed for open circuit.
- The project planning, installation and commissioning of the axial piston unit requires the participation of skilled personnel.
- Before using the axial plunger unit, please read the corresponding manual completely. If necessary, you can get it from Bosch Rexroth.
- The characteristics of the axial plunger unit may vary with different working conditions (working pressure, oil temperature).
- Work pipeline oil outlet:
Oil nozzles and fixed threads are designed according to the maximum prescribed pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factor of connecting components and pipes meets the specified working conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).
Work pipeline nozzles and functional nozzles are only used in hydraulic pipelines.
- The data and instructions contained here must be followed.
- Before completing the final design, please ask for the installation drawings that must be followed.
- Not all models of this product are approved for the safety functions required by ISO 13849. For functional safety reliability parameters (such as MTTFd), please consult the responsible contact person of Bosch Rexroth.
- Pressure controllers are not standby devices for pressure overload. A separate relief valve shall be installed in the hydraulic system.

Connector:
Please follow the manufacturer's specifications for the fastening torque of the joints used.
Install bolts:
For installation bolts with ISO metric threads in accordance with DIN 13 standard and with ASME B1.1 standard threads, we recommend that the tightening torque of each box be checked according to VDI 2230.
Threaded holes in the axial plunger unit:
The maximum allowable tightening torque MG Max is the maximum value for threaded holes and shall not exceed that value.
Lock the screw:
For the metal locking screw provided with the axial piston unit, the fastening torque MV required for the locking screw should be used
