The superheat control of the evaporator is calculated by the data of a pressure sensor P and a temperature sensor S2 (respectively giving the detection signals of the refrigerant pressure and temperature at the outlet of the evaporator). The following electronic expansion valve is selected as the expansion device:
• ICM
• AKV (AKVA)
ICM is an electric expansion valve, which is controlled by an ICAD motor driver. It is recommended to install a solenoid valve before the ICM valve in the liquid supply pipeline to ensure its shut-off.
The controller can also control TQ series valves.
AKV is a pulse type electronic expansion valve
AKV has the function of a solenoid valve, but it is still recommended to install a solenoid valve before the valve when it is used in the liquid supply line.
The temperature control function is adjusted according to the temperature signal of the S3 temperature sensor installed in the return air of the evaporator. Temperature control is achieved through an ON / OFF temperature controller, which cuts off or opens the system's liquid supply.
