1. It shall be installed horizontally (vertical installation is strictly prohibited).

2. The cylinder shall not bear external pressure.

3. It shall be installed at the outlet of the water tank or tower. If the water volume is large, the water pressure is high or the pipe network is too long, it is better to install it on the water transmission main (Branch) pipe close to the user.

4. Extending outward from both ends of the ultraviolet sterilizer, a space of ≥ 1m and ≥ 0.4m shall be reserved respectively to facilitate the replacement of lamp tubes. A barrier free space of 0.6m shall be reserved in front of the control panel of the ultraviolet sterilizer to facilitate maintenance.

5. No matter one or more ultraviolet sterilizers are selected in parallel, bypass pipeline and stop valve shall be installed to facilitate maintenance.

6. Reasonably select the installation position and pay attention to the waterproof and moisture-proof of the electric control part.

7. Select the power socket, wire or terminal block for connection according to the voltage and power marked on the nameplate.

8. Quartz glass sleeve and ultraviolet lamp are valuable and fragile products, and collision shall be avoided in transportation, installation and use.

3. This product has a built-in ultraviolet lamp. Ultraviolet radiation is harmful to human eyes and skin. Don't look at each other when the lamp is on.

4. The ballast shall be installed externally. Please isolate it from the water source and keep it dry.

5. In case of accidental rupture when installing this product, the human body should be prevented from inhaling the toxic substances evaporated by the mercury in the lamp tube.

Instructions for immersion ultraviolet germicidal lamp

1. Working voltage: AC 220 ± 10% (50Hz / 60Hz), working temperature rise TEM < 60 ℃, ambient temperature 20-30 ℃.

2. This product has a built-in high-quality ultraviolet lamp. At the initial stage of ignition, due to the incomplete evaporation of mercury in the tube, the arc will flicker unsteadily. This is a normal condition. It will stabilize after lighting for several minutes. Please rest assured.

3. The built-in ultraviolet lamp of this product can produce a large number of ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 253.7nm, and has strong spectral sterilization ability. This band spectrum can effectively (remove algae) kill bacteria and viruses in water.

4. The product can be extended into water for 360 ° sterilization (irradiation range: 0.5m diameter)

5. With normal use of this product, the bactericidal efficacy can last for one to two years.
