Senna extract 
Rosaceae
It is the whole grass of Lobelia longifoliae, a plant of the Rosaceae family. In summer and autumn, when the branches and leaves are in full bloom, the whole grass is cut, cleaned of soil and dried in the sun. Alias: Dragon's tooth grass, old stork's mouth, son's mother, grass dragon's tooth, father's son's grass, wolf's tooth grass.

 Source: Xianhecao alias desiccated grass, gua herb, old cowslip, wolf bud grass. The source is the above-ground part of the plant Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. The whole grass is harvested in summer and autumn. The buds are harvested in winter and spring before the new plants sprout. Plant form Perennial herb, up to 1 m tall, the whole plant with white long hairs. Rootstock short, often with 1 or several root buds (overwintering buds). Stems erect, sparsely pilose and glandular hairy. Leaves alternate pinnate, leaflets unequal in size, spaced, ovoid to obovoid, 2.5-7 cm long, 1.5-3.5 cm wide, margin serrate, both surfaces pilose; stipules subovate. Racemes terminal; calyx obconic, 5-lobed, with numerous hooked bristles at the base of the lobes, persistent; petals 5, yellow; stamens 5-15; ovary semi-inferior, style prominent. The calyx tube thickens when the fruit is ripe, pendulous, with a round of erect barbs at the tip and a deeper longitudinal groove outside. It resembles the head of a crane and is therefore called cranesbill. The flowering and fruiting period is from May to December.
