Sea cucurbitacin, also known as sea cucumber saponin, is an anti-mold agent that can inhibit many kinds of molds at a concentration of 6.25~25ug/ml. It exists in the body of sea cucumber and its molecular structure is similar to that of saponin, which contains active peptides and has a high medicinal and health value.
