The compression fatigue tester is mainly used to measure the compression toughness of non-metallic materials such as soft plastic and nylon. It is an ideal test equipment for chemical industry, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, quality inspection and other departments.

The machine automatically tests, reaches the preset setting value, stops working, and is composed of five parts;

1. Chassis part: the chassis is made of sheet metal bending and welding, and A3 plates are added up and down as the fixed base plate, which is firm and stable;

2. Power drive part: 120W motor is equipped with reducer to ensure output force and meet the requirements of test speed;

3. Power transmission part: the power is transmitted by the eccentric connecting rod structure. The eccentricity can be adjusted according to the required compression distance through the slider, and it is guided by the linear bearing to ensure the vertical up and down movement;

4. Working test part: the beam plate and sample placement disk are used as the sample placement plane. There are four guide pillars on the plane that can adjust the distance from left to right. The distance can be adjusted according to the size of the sample; Adjust the distance up and down of the handwheel screw rod according to the different size of the sample;

5. Control display part: control panel, which can set test times, power start, test start and stop.
