Introduction
Painting-free aluminum pigmentis a product containing aluminum flakes as main component, and added resin and additives, obtained by mixing themthoroughly through kneading and drying processes.
Characteristics
With good compatibility with various plastic resins,painting-free aluminum pigments can be uniformly dispersed in resin after mixing under appropriate pressure and temperature. The product is non-dusty,high in aluminum content,possessing advantages ofeasiness ofhandling,safety ofstorage andtransportation, long shelf life and strong metallic effect
Applications
Applicable for masterbatches and other plasticengineering，such asinjection,blow molding,extrusion,calendaring,and vulcanization,etc compatible with resins PE、PP、PS、PVC、ABS、PC、PU、TPU,it finds wide applications in agriculture mulch, plastic container, home appliance, car interior parts,board materials,shoes materials,toys,case and bags, umbrellas etc
Guidance of Use
After mixed with plastic resin in designed ratio undellow speed stirring, the product can be directly used tomake parts through plastic engineering process.
Dosage
For directly using to make plastic parts,the recommended dosage is 0.3%-2%. For making plastic masterbatches,the recommended dosageis15%30%.
