Description

C6 Water Repellent Agent‌ designed for eco-friendly triple-proof finishing of cellulose fibers and their blends, delivering excellent washfastness, dry-cleaning resistance, good water repellency and oil stain resistance. Free from PFOA, PFOS, and APEO, this product is an environmentally friendly textile finishing auxiliary.

Properties‌

Composition: Fluorocarbon compounds

Appearance: White emulsion

pH Value: 4±1

Ionicity: Weak cationic

Solubility: Easily soluble in water

Key Features‌

2.Compatible with most N-methylol compounds.

3.Provides superior washfastness and dry-cleaning resistance.

4.Requires no excessive curing temperatures.

Application Methods‌

Fabrics must be thoroughly pre-treated to eliminate surfactant residues.

Durable water/oil repellent finishing:‌

1.Cotton & blends:‌

C650 dosage: 20-40g/L

Pick-up: 60%-80%

Drying: Normal temperature

Curing: 140°C×2min or 160°C×1min

2.Synthetic fibers & blends:‌

C650 dosage: 30-50g/L

Pick-up: 60%-80%

Drying: Normal temperature

Curing: 140°C×2min or 160°C×1min

Note:

Wetting agents should be added prior to other solution components.

Co-application with silicone-based water repellents/softeners is not recommended as it may compromise stain resistance, particularly oil repellency.

Actual processing parameters should be adjusted according to customer's existing procedures.

Precautions‌

1.Lab-scale trials are mandatory to determine optimal dosage.

2.Conduct compatibility tests when used with other finishing agents.

Packaging & Storage‌

1.Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.

2.Packed in polyethylene (PE) drums: 125 kg/drum.
