I. Overview of equipment

Industrial ovens and tunnel ovens are general-purpose heat processing equipment for product drying, curing, heating, preheating, heat treatment or. Its core difference lies in the working mode: industrial oven is a batch static processing, which is suitable for multi-variety and small-scale production; the tunnel furnace is a continuous dynamic processing, which is suitable for single-variety and large-scale assembly line operation. Both provide heat sources through electricity, gas, steam or thermal oil, and use a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace to meet strict industrial process requirements.

II. Main components

1. Box/furnace structure:

· Material: The inner and outer walls are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the middle is filled with high-density aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which has good insulation effect and is energy-saving and durable.

· Door body: The oven door is a heavy-duty single/double door, equipped with reinforcement and high-temperature sealing strips. The entrance and export of tunnel furnaces can be designed with wind curtains or lifting doors according to demand to reduce heat loss.

2. Heating system:

· Heat source: commonly used stainless steel electric heating tube (easy to maintain, accurate temperature control), gas burner, steam heat exchanger or thermal oil can also be used according to demand.

· Layout: The heater is usually placed at the top, bottom or both sides of the furnace to ensure the smooth flow of hot air through scientific calculation.

3. Hot air circulation system:

· Core: It is composed of a high-power high-temperature centrifugal fan, a porous uniform wind plate and a duct.

· Function: The fan forcibly blows the air through the heater to form a horizontal or vertical circulating airflow. Through the uniform air plate, the hot air is evenly blown to the workpiece from all directions, and the temperature is dead angle (the temperature difference can be controlled within ±3℃).

4. Conveying system (exclusive to tunnel furnace):

· Type: According to the weight and shape of the product, you can choose mesh belt, chain plate, roller or chain basket conveyor belt.

· Control: The variable-frequency speed motor can be used to control the running speed of the product in the furnace (i.e. processing time).

5. Control system:

· Core: Intelligent PID temperature controller + PLC + human-machine interface touch screen.

· Functions:

· Multi-stage programmable temperature control: a variety of heating, heat preservation and cooling curves can be set to meet complex processes.

· Real-time monitoring: display the current temperature, set temperature, operating time, fan status, etc.

· Protection: Overheat alarm, motor overload protection, leakage protection, circuit breaker and other functions are complete.
