The aluminum pass-through ultrasonic cleaning dryer for auto parts is a continuous and automated cleaning system. The workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt, and the clean and dry finished product is finally output through multiple workstations such as cleaning, rinsing and drying. It integrates a variety of technologies such as ultrasonic cleaning, spraying, blowing, drying, etc., and is specially designed to remove cutting fluid, oil, metal shavings, polishing paste and other pollutants on the surface of aluminum parts.

Main components and functions
A standard pass-through device usually includes the following core parts:
1. Feeding area
· Manually or manipulators place the aluminum parts to be cleaned evenly on the conveyor belt (usually the mesh belt).
2. Pre-cleaning/rough washing workstation (optional)
· Function: First, remove most of the heavy oil stains and coarse debris to extend the service life of the main cleaning tank.
· Technology: Ultrasonic or high-pressure spraying may be used to use low-cost cleaning agents.
3. Main ultrasonic cleaning workstation (core workstation)
· Function: Thoroughly peel off stubborn oil stains and attachments on the surface of the workpiece. The catitation effect of ultrasound can penetrate into the blind holes, gaps and other complex structures of the workpiece.
· Technology: heating + ultrasonic + cleaning agent.
· Trough body: built-in ultrasonic vibrating plate (usually located on the wall or bottom of the groove).
· Heating: The heating system (usually electric heating) heats the cleaning liquid to 50-70°C, which significantly improves the cleaning efficiency and the activity of the cleaning agent.
· Filtration: Equipped with a circulating filtration system to continuously filter out the suspended pollutants in the cleaning liquid and maintain the cleanliness of the liquid.
4. Ultrasonic rinsing workst (or multi-channel rinsing)
· Function: Rinse off the residual detergent and dirt particles on the surface of the workpiece after the main cleaning to ensure that there is no residue.
· Technology: Usually, heating + ultrasound is also used, and pure water or deionized water is used to avoid scale or spots on the surface of aluminum.
5. Spraying and rinsing workst
· Function: Use high-pressure and large-flow pure water to rinse the workpiece for the last time and thoroughly wash away all residues.
6. Blowing water position
· Function: Before entering the drying oven, blow down most of the water droplets on the surface of the workpiece with a strong air knife blown out of the high-pressure fan.
· Advantages: Greatly reduce the load of the drying system, save energy, and improve drying efficiency.
7. Drying workstay
· Function: Make the workpiece completely dry without leaving any water marks.
· Technology: Hot air circulation drying system is usually used. Hot air is generated by electric heating or steam heating, which is blown into the drying oven by a high-efficiency fan. The hot air circulates in the furnace to ensure uniform temperature and quickly dry the workpiece.
8. Discharge area
· The dry and clean workpiece is sent from the end of the conveyor belt, which can be connected to the material plate, turnover box or automatic collection device.
9. Control system
· PLC + Touch Screen (HMI) is the standard configuration of modern equipment. The operator can easily set and adjust:
· Conveyor belt speed (control cleaning time)
· Temperature of each slot
· Ultrasonic power
· Drying temperature
· Cleaning program formula (Recipe) for storing a variety of workpieces

Special design considerations for automotive aluminum parts
· Material compatibility: The cleaning agent must be non-corrosive to aluminum alloy, maintain the original color of aluminum, and prevent oxidation and discoloration. Usually choose neutral or weakly alkaline special aluminum alloy cleaning agents.
· Anti-corrosion measures: Equipment tanks, pipes, etc. are usually made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel to prevent rust from contaminating the cleaning liquid and workpieces.
· Water quality requirements: It is recommended to use pure water or deionized water for the final rinsing and spraying station to prevent the appearance of water quality traces such as scale and white spots on the surface of aluminum parts after drying, which will affect the appearance and subsequent processing (such as spraying and welding).
· Cleaning effect: The ultrasonic power density should be sufficient to ensure that it can clean aluminum parts with complex structures, such as deep holes and cross holes of engine cylinder blocks, die-casting parts, etc.
---
Core advantages
1. High efficiency: continuous pass-through operation, suitable for large-scale production, fast cleaning rhythm.
2. High cleanliness: the combination of ultrasonic + multi-channel technology can achieve excellent and stable cleaning results.
3. High degree of automation: save labor, reduce labor intensity, and one person can operate the whole line.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection: The equipment is usually equipped with an oil-water separation, filtration and circulation system to extend the life of cleaning liquid and reduce wastewater discharge. The water-blowing workst is effectively reducing the energy consumption of drying.
5. Protect workpieces: ultrasonic non-contact cleaning to avoid physical scratches on precision aluminum parts.

Typical application scenarios
· Engine system: cylinder head, cylinder block, piston, intake manifold, etc.
· Transmission system: gearbox housing, valve body, clutch pressure plate, etc.
· Chassis parts: steering joints, control arms and other aluminum alloy forged castings
· Wheels: Cleaning of aluminum alloy wheels before electroplating or spraying
· New energy vehicles: motor housing, battery tray, etc.

Precautions for shopping
1. Workpiece information: Provide detailed workpiece size, weight, material, type and degree of pollutant.
2. Production capacity requirements: how many workpieces need to be cleaned per unit time (such as per hour), which determines the size of the equipment and the speed of the conveyor belt.
3. Cleanliness standard: specific acceptance standards (such as the amount of residual oil, the amount of particulate matter, etc.).
4. Follow-up process: assembly, spraying, anodizing or welding after cleaning? This will affect the requirements for the quality of cleaning and the degree of dryness.
5. Site utilities: Confirm the site size, power supply (voltage, power), water source, air source and drainage conditions of the installation site.
6. Supplier selection: Choose experienced non-standard equipment manufacturers who can provide process testing, scheme design and good after-sales service.
