Xiangke DRE-2C  Thermal Conductivity Tester (Transient plane heat source method)

DRE-2C thermal conductivity tester adopts the transient plane heat source method, mainly measuring the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusion coefficient and specific heat capacity of solids, powders, coatings, films and anisotropic materials. This instrument is based on TPS transient planar heat source technology and uses hot disk as the thermal conductivity tester of the probe.

The hot disk method has the following advantages:

(1) Direct measurement of heat propagation can save a lot of time;

(2) It will not be affected by the contact thermal resistance as in the static method;

(3) No special sample preparation is required, only relatively flat sample surface is required.

Main technical indicators:

1. Measurement range of thermal conductivity: 0.0100-300w/mk, resolution: 0.0001 w / (m · K);

2. Measurement time: 1-600 seconds,

3. Accuracy: better than 5%,

4. Temperature range: standard measurement: room temperature (the test temperature of various temperature sections can be selected according to the customer's requirements, and the cost is calculated separately, such as - 20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃),

5. Sample size: diameter ≥ 45mm, thickness ≥ 15mm (if single layer is not enough, multiple layers can be stacked for detection), relatively flat sample surface, powder material can be directly inserted into the probe for detection;

7. It is easy to operate and fast to test. It is only necessary to clamp the test probe between two sample blocks, and the thermal conductivity of the tested sample can be obtained through simple software click operation.
