4、Overview
ZY series of bolt tension meter (also called anchor pullout apparatus ),applicable to such anchoring bolt, steel bar anchorage force detection ,it is the construction quality inspection necessary instrument bolt .
This tension plan by manual pump (or match electric pump), hydraulic cylinder, pointer table (MPA) or digital meter (KN) and high-pressure hose components .Among them the manual pump type of work for double oil-way high and low pressure double diameter piston type design, high efficiency, low load faster, according to need pressure adjustment Settings .Pump body install three spool manual directional control valves ,can make the import and export oil-way reversing ,This valve uses the end face sealing structure ,sealing performance than ordinary steel structure, convenient operation, long service life .Hydraulic cylinder for hollow double oil-way type ,through the quick joint and high-pressure hose inferiorly .Gauges installed in the pump body ,can be directly read anchor rod tension value by conversion.
