2、Overview
    SY-2 concrete mixture pressure weepage testing machine according to international standard GB/T50080-2002, the main production is to measure the pumping concrete under certain pressure water under the condition of lactation, and then calculating secrete water rate and the pressure of water rate shedding than special instrument.
    For doing pressure weepage test of concrete which partical side is no more than 40mm . Measured value is accurate, simple operation, small size, light weight, easy mold release, and its various technical indicators in line with national JC473-92 standard. The instrument mainly by hydraulic jacks, pressure gauges and superstructure piston, cylinder test, the base and other components.
3、Use
1) Open the cover, will need to test the concrete mixture into the test barrel, with the ramming rod inserted from the periphery to the center trace 25, with piston and piston vent screw, the pressure piston Zhigang contact with the concrete surface, tighten the vent screw, pull the cover above the nut, take a good hand pump with quick connector jack (see structure diagram)
2) Then tighten the hand pump clockwise oil return valve, flipping manual pump handle, add oil to the 30mpa (gauge display), then the piston the pressure on the concrete mixture for the 3.0mpa.
3) When the oil reaches 30Mpa, immediately open the bleeding valve, and bleeding access 1000ml graduated cylinder, the same start time, and in 10 seconds and 140 seconds to read secretion of water, respectively, V1 and V140, as the bleeding rate calculation basic data.
4)) After obtaining the data, according to loosen the oil return valve counter-clockwise, the system pressure relief, remove the lid and test barrel, the barrel will be placed in the stripping test device (Accessories), the cover lid, tighten two nuts. Tighten in a clockwise direction back to the oil valve to the jack pressure to the concrete and piston fall off, remove the cover and test barrel, loosen the oil return val
