• Screen left and right stroke structure:

• Curved surface printing function:

• The screen is driven to move left and right by the rotation of the substrate, and the gear drives the rack to drive the screen to move left and right, forming a clear and complete pattern and text on the curved surface, without ink accumulation or uneven printing.

Working principle

Place the cylindrical product on the printing workbench, fix the position with the auxiliary positioning device and enable it to rotate. After starting the curved screen printer, the screen moves left and right under the drive of the transmission system, and the printing head descends and contacts the surface of the cylindrical product. The scraper squeezes the ink onto the curved surface of the product through the screen, while the cylindrical product rotates slowly, so that the pattern is evenly covered on the entire curved surface. The ink return knife redistributes the ink evenly on the screen during the movement of the screen, preparing for the next printing.
