High precision Beer bottles servo UVLED rotating screen printing machine
Working Principle
1. Automatic feeding: The substrates such as wine bottles or beer bottles are transported to the printing position according to the set rhythm and position through automatic feeding devices such as conveyor belts.
2. CCD positioning: The CCD (charge coupled device) positioning system is like a pair of precise eyes. It uses the principle of optical imaging to quickly identify and accurately measure the position and posture of the substrate. The actual position information of the substrate is fed back to the control system so that the subsequent printing process can be accurately aligned.
3. Servo screen printing system: The servo motor accurately controls the movement of the screen printing plate and the scraper. During printing, the screen printing plate fits tightly with the substrate. Driven by the servo motor, the scraper pushes the ink through the mesh of the screen plate at a precise speed and pressure to print the pattern or text on the substrate.
4. UV LED curing system: After printing, the substrate enters the UV LED curing system. The UV LED lamp emits ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength and irradiates the bottle body printed with UV ink. Ultraviolet light triggers the photoinitiator in the ink to produce a chemical reaction, causing the ink to instantly change from liquid to solid and quickly solidify on the surface of the bottle.
5. Five-color high-precision flat turntable: The flat turntable plays the role of supporting and transferring the substrate. Five-color printing means that rich color effects can be achieved through multiple overprints. The turntable accurately moves the substrate to the corresponding printing station each time to ensure that each color can be accurately overprinted on the previous color.
6. Replaceable hot stamping head and thermal transfer head: When hot stamping or thermal transfer process is required, replace the hot stamping head or thermal transfer head. Hot stamping is to transfer metal foil to the surface of the bottle through high temperature and high pressure to form a metallic glossy pattern; thermal transfer is to transfer the pattern on the transfer paper to the bottle by heating and pressurizing.
Structural composition
1. Automatic feeding part: including conveyor belt, feeding motor, material distribution device, etc., used to transport the wine bottles to the printing area in an orderly manner.
2. CCD positioning system: mainly composed of CCD camera, lens, light source, image processing unit and mechanical adjustment bracket to ensure accurate positioning of the wine bottle.
3. Servo screen printing system: servo motor, screen printing plate, scraper, plate frame and corresponding transmission mechanism are used to accurately control the printing process.
4. UV LED curing system: composed of UV LED lamp group, reflector, cooling device and conveyor device to ensure that the ink can be cured quickly and effectively.
5. Five-color high-precision flat turntable: including turntable body, rotating motor, indexing mechanism, positioning pin, etc., so that the wine bottle can be accurately switched between different printing stations.
6. Replaceable head part: including replacement mechanism of hot stamping head and thermal transfer head, such as card slot, screw fixing device, etc., to facilitate the rapid replacement of different process heads.
